Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients through online meetings, video presentations, and various networking strategies, or face- to- face meeting with clients to introduce our products and services
Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance
Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives and persuade them to purchase company products and services
Use data and sales presentations to help clients understand how products can help them achieve their goals
Maintaining good after-sales relationships, keeping records of client appointments, completing sales, and ensuring they are satisfied with the products and services
使用电话、在线视频会议演示或面对面为客户提供产品和服务
获取有关客户产品、需求、问题、广告历史和商业惯例的信息，以提供有效的销售演示和适当的产品帮助
与客户沟通，了解他们的销售目标和目的，并说服他们
使用数据和销售演示来帮助客户了解产品如何帮助他们实现目标
维护良好的售后关系，让他们对产品和服务感到满意

Requirements:

Must possess at least a SPM/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business related field or equivalent
Relevant working experience as a Sales/ Marketing/ Telemarketing Executive and Customer Service or equivalent
Excellent active listening, persuasive, negotiation, and professional communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (70% of existing clients communicate in Mandarin)
