Telemarketing / TeleSales

Obtain contact details of potential clients from sources of leads including telephone directories
Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe the benefits of products or services, to persuade potential clients make a successfully appointment
Communicating with the clients via cold calling and email marketing
Answer telephone calls from potential clients who are responding to advertisements
Resolves client complaints and grievances and deals with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs
Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and best practices
Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales

Education: Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business related field or equivalent
Experience: Relevant working experience in a Marketing / Sales / Telemarketing Executive / Telemarketer / Telesales and Customer Service or equivalent
Skills: Excellent active listening, persuasive, negotiation, and professional communication skills
Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, and Mandarin
